Who do I contact if my debit/credit card is lost or stolen?
If you discover that your Sunbelt debit card or credit card has been lost/stolen, contact us immediately by calling 601-649-7181 option 3 24 hours a day. You may also contact our Account Services Department at 601-649-7181 option 2 (7:30am - 6:00pm M-F and 9am - 1pm Sat). Be sure to monitor your account closely for any fraudulent transactions. Don’t forget to contact any companies who draft your account automatically by debit card to make arrangements and update your information.
