To enroll, log into your account from the Sunbelt app, click the “Cloud Deposit” tab and your application will be submitted to our Account Services Department. An Account Service Representative will review your application and contact you within 1 – 2 business days.
To enroll in eStatements, you must be registered and logged into Cloud Banking. There, select the “Cloud Documents” tab and open the PDF. Enter the code from the bottom of the PDF into the box on your online account page. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
If you have two or more bill payments come from your Sunbelt account each month, the service is free. For one or fewer payments per month, there is a monthly fee (see our Rates and Fees Schedule).
Registering is easy and just takes a few moments. Select the orange “Login” on our website. The User ID will be the member/account number of the primary account holder. The password will be the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number (SSN). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your Online Banking registration. You may change your username and password under the “My Profile” tab in Online Banking.
With Online Banking, you can enroll in and access eStatements, Bill Pay, e‑Alerts, and more. You can also use your newly created Online Banking credentials to download and use the Sunbelt FCU App from your device’s App Store (iOS or Android).
If you are unable to log into Online Banking, first try resetting your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” button on the password screen. A temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file. If your account has been completely locked, or you can no longer access the email address we have on file, please call our Account Services team at 601−649−7181 (press option 2) during normal business hours. You can also visit your nearest branch during normal business hours for assistance.

Sign up and you can access your account 24⁄7 via your computer, mobile web browser, or the Sunbelt app. You also have access to online services like Account Alerts, Bill Pay, eStatements, eDocuments, Mobile Deposit, Transfers, and more!
