New mem­ber? Open­ing an account is easy and speedy! The online appli­ca­tion should take about 15 minutes.

To begin, you will need the following:

  • Dri­ver’s License*, Pass­port, Mil­i­tary ID or State ID
    *Driver’s License must be valid and not expired
  • U.S. Social Secu­ri­ty Card, or oth­er approved sec­ondary form of ID
  • U.S. Cit­i­zen­ship or Res­i­dent alien status
  • Exter­nal account infor­ma­tion if fund­ing from an exter­nal account

Note: For your secu­ri­ty, the sys­tem will log you off if there is no activ­i­ty for 15 minutes.
